Easy Fried Rice


Ingredients

Cooked Rice -2 cup

Onion-1 medium size

Garlic-2 tsp

Ginger-11/2 tsp

Tomato-2

Spring Onion-4

Bell pepper-1/4 cup

Shrimp-1 cup

Egg-2

Pineapple-1 cup

Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

Garam masala-1 tsp

Pepper powder -1 tsp

Salt-11/2 tsp

Oil-3 tbsp





Preparation :


1 Cook 2 cups of Rice and keep aside.

2 Cut the vegetables and keep ready.

3 Keep a Pan on High flame .

4 Add 3 tbsp Oil.

5 Add ginger garlic.

6 Cook for 1 minutes.

7 Add onion cook until soggy.

8 Add tomato ,bell pepper & spring onion.

9 Add shrimp.

10 Add pineapple (optional).

12 Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder & pepper powder.

13 Cook for another6- 8 minutes.

14 Add egg.

15 Keep it for another 2 minutes.

16 Add cooked rice.

17 Mix everything well.

18 Garnish with spring onion and Serve it.
