Ingredients:
Oats-1/2cup
Curd/Yogurt-1 cup
Milk-1 cup
Egg-1
Oil-1/4cup
Honey-2 tsp
Wheat flour-1 cup
All purpose flout-1/2 cup
Baking powder-2 1/4 tsp
Baking soda-1/4tsp
Salt-1tsp
PREPARATION
1 In a bowl, add oats, curd, milk, egg, oil & honey .Keep the mix aside for 40 minutes
2 In another bowl sieve all dry ingredients
3 After 40 minutes mix wet ingredients & dry ingredients
4 Pour the mix to early prepared baking pan
5 Sprinkle some oats on top
6 Bake Preheated oven375f/190c for 40-50 minutes
7 On Stove top preheat one pan for 10 minutes on high ,keep the batter for 25 minutes high and 30 minutes low
8 Insert the toothpick and come it clean
9 This bread we can keep it for 3days fresh >freeze it and use it later
