INGREDIENTS
Fish-400GM
Turmeric Powder-1tsp
Garam masala-2tsp
Red chili powder-2 1/2tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-2tbsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Lemon Juice-1tbsp
Basmati Rice-1cup (soaked for 30 minutes)
Curd-1/4cup
Coriander leaves-one handful
Ross petals-few
Onion-1/2 cup
Green chili-2
Tomato-2(make puree)
Ghee-3 tbsp.
Whole masala
Fried Onion
Salt-as needed
Oil-for frying fish
PREPAREATION:
1 Marinate the fish for 20-30minutes(fish ,red chili powder ,turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, lime juice ,garam masala & salt)
2 Keep a pan add oil, Once its hot fry the fish until crispy
3 Keep a pan add 2tbsp ghee and 2tbsp fish fried oil
4 Add whole masala
5 Add chopped onion and green chili
6 Add1/2 tsp salt
7 Once onion starts cooking add ginger garlic paste
8 Add tomato puree
9 Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder& roasted garam masala
10 Once the mixture cook well ooze oil out add coriander leaves
11 Add curd to it and keep the flame in low
12 Add fried fish to it .keep aside
13 Keep a vessel add 3cupof water
14 Add whole masala , ginger garlic paste,& coriander leaves
15 Once the water starts boiling add soaked basmati rice,1 tbsp. ghee and salt
16 Add rose petals
17 once the rice80% cooked off the flame and make dum
18 Putt the rice directly on top of fish masala ,add fried onion ,ross petals,coriander leaves & fish fried oil
19 Cover it with a cotton cloth,sprinkle some water on top of the cloth,close the lid
20 Cook for 5 minutes high flame & 5 minutes low flame
21 Serve it after 10 minutes
